We limit our practice to providing legal solutions to the Aviation Community. We assist sellers, buyers, lessors, lessees, brokers, and flight departments with domestic and international aviation transactions. We also proudly represent flight crew members, dispatchers and other ground crew of private and commercial flight departments in dealings with the FAA, NTSB, DOT, TSA, Customs and Border Protection, and in private disputes. Our founder, Charles R. "Charlie" Morgenstein, has been involved in private aviation since 1969, and was a licensed pilot well before he became an attorney. He has been practicing aviation law as a part of his practice since 1988, and has limited his practice exclusively to aviation matters since 2004. He is a long-time member of the Aviation Law Committee of The Florida Bar and a panel attorney on the AOPA Legal Services Plan
