Mitchell L. Feldman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in December 1988 and earned his Juris Doctor degree in May 1995 from Emory University School of Law. Mr. Feldman is a member of the Florida Bar, the Georgia Bar, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. His professional organizations include the West Coast Claims Association, Risk Insurance Management Society, American Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Feldman is the managing partner of the Tampa and Ocala offices for the firm. He practices in all areas of civil litigation including General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Wrongful Death, Nursing Home and ALF, Medical Malpractice, Business and Commercial Litigation, Contract Disputes, Insurance Coverage Disputes, Libel and Slander, Personal Injury Protection, Automobile Negligence, Civil Rights and Discrimination. Mr. Feldman is a State approved licensed instructor for various topics of law and is a frequent public speaker for the claims community and other insurance professionals.
Mr. Feldman has handled bench and jury trials throughout his career and is skilled in the art of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Feldman resides in the Tampa Bay area with his wife and daughter. His interests include physical fitness and outdoor activities such as hiking, snow skiing, white water rafting, softball, tennis and golf.
