Michael L Holland , Member of Michael L. Holland Attorney at Law
Licensed to practice law since 1989 after graduating with a Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Southern Law School, I began my legal practice in Fort Worth, Texas and practiced law in court houses all over Tarrant, Johnson, Dallas, Bosque and McClennan counties. I went to work for a law firm and quickly started learning how to handle many types of cases in different areas of the law. Within 2-years I became the chief litigator for that law firm. In 1991 I moved to Houston and was the lead litigation attorney for a personal injury law firm. In 1992 I opened my first law firm and have partnered with various other attorneys over the years handling cases for clients in many areas of the law. Today I have a solo practice and my law offices are located in the Montrose/Mid-town area of Houston (one block South of Dallas Street and one block west of Montrose on W. Clay Street in the Tribeca Loft building). I practice law mostly in Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Galveston counties, although I will travel.
I was born in 1955 and have lived most of my life in Texas other than my tour of duty with the U.S. Marine Corps. I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. I enjoy scuba diving, riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, sailing, golf and enjoying time with my wife and our Golden Retrievers. Family and friends are important to me and I am very loyal to friends, family and my clients. If I can help you, I will.
