I opened Michael D. Risinger, P.C. to provide clients from Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Morton and Creve Coeur, Illinois excellent criminal and DUI defense representation. As a former prosecutor handling felony, juvenile delinquency and misdemeanor cases, I have a significant background in criminal law and handling pre-trial negotiations and plea agreements, as well as trials. Having served as a prosecutor for six years, I understand how prosecutors handle cases, the resources available to them, and how they build and present cases.
