John Clifford, Member of Meshbesher & Spence

John Clifford is an expert in all areas of personal injury law, including car accidents, premises liability, defective products, and complex insurance claims and has also worked on multiple construction accident and slip and fall cases.  He has tried cases in Minnesota and North Dakota state and federal courts. John handled appeals to the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Clifford is also a certified AAA Arbitrator in no-fault cases.  He was a first lieutenant in the Vietnam War, and has arbitrated over 200 cases throughout his career. He has been with Meshbesher & Spence since the early 1970's.
