My practice focuses primarily on personal injury law.  This is a broad category of law that includes motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slips and falls, product liability, wrongful death, victims of crime, uninsured motorist coverage and underinsured motorist coverage.  I also have experience in medical malpractice law as well as experience in other areas of law including real estate, contract law, and probate.  Personal injury cases are typically handled on a contingency basis.  Clients are only responsible for my attorney fees if the client recovers money.  Please note, however, that a client is ultimately responsible for all out of pocket expenses; for example, money paid to get copies of medical records, experts and court costs. Other types of cases are usually billed on hourly fee basis.
