Rosanna Lopez, Member of McKinney & Associates

Ms. Rosanna C. Lopez is a Senior Associate at the Firm.  She specializes in employment law and complex litigation matters. She counsels and advises individuals and companies on a wide variety of personnel-related issues, including discrimination and harassment; retaliation; leave and reasonable accommodation under FMLA and ADA; promotion, discipline and termination issues; contract and severance negotiation; compliance with wage and hour laws; non competition agreements, and constitutional civil rights. Before joining Ms. McKinney's firm, Ms. Lopez practiced employment law at a nationally recognized employment practice in Rockville, Maryland.

Ms. Lopez is a native Virginian.  She is fluent in Spanish.  She received her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1999.
