Christa McGill received her law degree from Duke University in 1988. After law school, Ms. McGill worked for the Social Security Administration before returning to Durham and starting the law firm of McGill & Noble with Ginny Noble. Ms. McGill practices in the areas of Social Security and Veterans' Disability law, and she is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a Specialist in Social Security Disability Law. Ms. McGill earned her Ph.D. in sociology from Duke University, where she focused her study on social inequalities in the workplace.
