Case History

Father wins custody

Practice Area: Child Custody

Description: Father filed for custody of his three small children who lived with their mother, though he had visitation. Went to court and prsented what was best for the children because the father offered a better and safer enviornment.

Outcome: Father won full custody of his children, and mother now only has visitation.

Mother wins custody

Practice Area: Child Custody

Description: Child lived with grandparents from the age of 2, and had visitation with mother. Filed for custody for mother. Presented changes in child's life that demanded she be with her mother.

Outcome: Court awarded full custody to mother with visitation with the grandparents.

Spousal Support Won

Practice Area: Divorce

Description: Husband and wife had been married over 25 years; I represented wife, but the husband was trying to get out of paying spousal support.

Outcome: I negotiated a settlement of $2,300 per month for the wife for five years, plus half of the husband's assets.
