Ashley McCartney’s practice focuses primarily on family law, bankruptcy, criminal defense and business law.

Prior to forming McCartney & Kan, LLC, Ashley McCartney served as staff attorney to The Honorable Michael E. Hancock in Dekalb County Superior Court. There she gained valuable experience in family law and civil litigation, ranging from business disputes to zoning issues. Her experience as staff attorney gave her priceless insight to the judicial decision making process, which she now uses to prepare her clients for their day in court.
