I will prepare and file all of the paperwork, and in most cases you will not need to appear in court. My flat fee will cover all of my time and appearances, no matter how many I will need to make. I will work my hardest to make this process easy, painless, and positive. I limit my practice almost exclusively to infractions and Driving While License Suspended cases, so you do not need to worry about your case having to take a backseat to criminal DUI or Reckless Driving cases.
