Ms. Ayling also represents individuals, providing legal advice to employees who have experienced a variety of difficulties on the job, as well as representing employees who have been fired from their jobs. She has represented employees in claims of sex discrimination, race discrimination, national origin discrimination, sexual preference discrimination, disability discrimination, civil rights violations, breach of contract, whistleblowing, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and other related claims.
