Paul Luvera
PAUL N. LUVERA is the founder of the Luvera Law Firm: Luvera, Barnett, Brindley, Beninger & Cunningham, a plaintiffs trial lawyer firm.
In 2010 the American Trial Lawyers Association induced him into the National Hall of Fame. He was one of only five lawyers in the nation selected for that honor that year.
Paul Luvera has been named by his peers for listing in Best Lawyers in America every year since it began publication in 1978. Best Lawyers has named him the The Best Lawyers 2009 Seattle Personal Injury Litigator of the Year, the first time the award has been made in Washington and again in 2011. Wyoming lawyer, Gerry Spence has asked him to teach at the Spence Trial Lawyers College each year since its creation.
His trials have resulted in record verdicts in Washington, Idaho and Oregon including personal injury jury verdicts of $40 million dollars in Washington, $44 million dollars in Oregon and $29 million dollars in Idaho. Luveras settlements include a $75 million settlement for the death of two 10-year-old children as well as a $45 million settlement for the wrongful death of six adults.
