Brian Murphy, Member of Lowenthal and Abrams, P.C.

Brian heads the nursing home litigation department at Lowenthal & Abrams.  He  focuses his department's practice on fighting for the rights of the elderly who have been neglected and abused at long-term care facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities and personal care homes.  Brian believes that the elderly deserve and are entitled to, compassionate and quality care that recognizes their dignity and individuality.
