ATTORNEY ROLE: My role is to make sure that every clients case is kept on a very quick and precise schedule and that the clients goals are met on the clients budget. I am available to answer ANY clients questions regardless of what professional they may be working with within our office.
When you come to Linnan & Associates Law Firm, LLC you will immediately meet with an actual attorney to discuss your legal issues. These meetings are, of course, complimentary. My role will be to create a plan of attack as to how best handle your legal issue and then meet with members of our team to assign portions (or all) of your case to the professional who can best assist you with various parts of your case. I work closely with the other professionals to track your case progress, develop an on-going plan to address the changing needs of your situation, and ultimately make sure that you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED with your representation and your results.
Our firm is very successful because we do the following things very well:
1) Identify the clients needs
2) Develop a strategy that will ensure the client achieves success
3) Stay within the CLIENTS budgetary needs without compromising the outcome of the clients case.

FAMILY STATUS: I am married with 3 children: Ezra, my son, is 6. Ophelia, my daughter, is 4 and my youngest son, Paxton, is 1. I also spend lots of time with my two brothers and a sister.

Mrs. Elsmore is highly competent in both Mediation Services as well as Family Law. She is a rule 114 qualified neutral through the Minnesota Supreme Court and makes mediation a very pleasant, yet efficient process. She also handles a wide range of Family Law topics such as Divorce, Paternity, Custody, Child Protection (CHIPS), Child Support Modification, and any other relevant family law issue. She is easy to reach by phone or email and has a very aggressive posture in the courtroom setting.
Mr. Parker is licensed in both Minnesota as well as Iowa. He is highly competent in civil litigation, family law, harassment restraining orders, as well as defense of administrative sanctions such as licensure issues resulting from allegations of misconduct or child neglect. Mr. Parker has successfully appeared before the Minnesota Court of Appeals on a number of cases and been highly effective in fighting for custody and spousal maintenance issues.Â
