Rachel Arnold, Member of Lindsay Hart Neil & Weigler
Rachel specializes in civil and healthcare litigation as a medical malpractice lawyer. She provides medical malpractice, professional malpractice, products liability and general liability. With a stellar background in biomedical science and health, Rachel’s outstanding advocacy has earned her the recognition of her peers. She also was elected to a seat on the executive board of the health law section of the Oregon State Bar.
Rachel’s clients include physicians, clinics, Oregon Health & Science University, and others.
Before joining Lindsay Hart in 2008 as an associate, she worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Virginia L. Linder and the Honorable Timothy J. Sercombe on the Oregon Court of Appeals.
Prior to receiving her J.D. from Willamette University in 2006, Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University, and a master’s degree in public health from Oregon State University. She then spent several years working for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Rachel shares her expertise in healthcare and medical liability law, and has conducted seminars on deciphering and using medical records in litigation.
Currently, Rachel is a member of the Oregon State Bar, U.S. District Court, District of Oregon, American Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, Multnomah Bar Association, Oregon Women Lawyers, and Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.
