Michael Estok, Member of Lindsay Hart Neil & Weigler
Michael Estok represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation — including commercial and real property disputes, employment litigation, class actions, construction litigation, products liability cases and appeals.
Michael’s business and accounting background has helped him acquire a more thorough understanding of how a client’s business operates — a critical facet to successful representation.
He graduated in 2004 with high honors from the University of Washington School of Law, where he was an editor of the Washington Law Review. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in business and accounting, summa cum laude, from Boston University.
He has clerked for the Honorable Walter Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court, as well as the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C.
Michael is admitted to the Oregon and Washington state bars and has practiced extensively in both states.
