Our Founding Attorney started in Public Service representing indigent citizens. Since then, he has concentrated in that area and avoided working for Insurance Companies and Large Corporation. We have real trial experience with our longest jury trial lasting THREE (3) months with a succesfull outcome.
Our firm obtain the first wrongful conception Jury Verdict in favor of the Father and Mother in the State of Hawaii.Our firm has also expanded the rights of patients in the State of Hawaii through a victorious Hawaii Supreme Court case.
We recently settled a negligent surgery on a child case here in Hawaii.

Leslie Fukumoto obtained the first jury verdict for 'wrongful
conception' in Hawaii, and he established a new standard for informed
