Gary D. Luke is an Idaho native who has been with the Firm since 2007. Mr. Luke is involved in small business consultation, general litigation, and insurance defense.

Gary D. Luke is an Idaho native who has been with the Firm since 2007. Mr. Luke is involved in small business consultation, general litigation, and insurance defense. He has significant litigation experience with discovery disputes, depositions, and motion practice in both federal and state courts. He is involved in settlement negotiations, mediations, and other ADR proceedings.

Mr. Luke consults with clients to provide general legal business advice and to assist in the creation of Corporations, Partnership agreements, LLC operating agreements, various contracts, and purchase & sale documents. He represents and seeks clients in the construction, real estate, and development industries. Mr. Luke has been involved in zoning, real estate and property development matters.

Mr. Luke obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in 1990. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center in 1997 where he graduated Cum Laude. He was admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Idaho in 2002. He lives in Boise with his wife and children.
