Joseph W. Lehn is a New York native now practices in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte County. Joe received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of South Florida. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law, Jacksonville. He is currently a LLM doctorate student at Stetson University College of Law for Elder law. Joe is the managing partner of Lehn Law, P.A with offices in Lakewood Ranch and Port Charlotte, conveniently located on Tamiami Trail (41) by Toledo Blade.
Joe is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and is admitted to practice in the state of Florida, and the Middle District of Florida federal court.
