RICHARD NEUWORTH - Richard is a dedicated employment and employee benefit lawyer who has been practicing in the employment field for more than 20 years on behalf of individual employees. He has extensive experience in employee benefit, discrimination, harassment, workers compensation and social security disability cases.

He co-founded L&N in 1997 after practicing with several small law firms representing individual employees. Richard graduated from George Washington University with special honors in political science. He graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School. He has authored many articles in the field of employee benefits and on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
