Bill Leader focuses his practice on representing victims of wrongful conduct, negligence, and fraud. Bill was born in Memphis, Tennessee in 1952 and grew up in Signal Mountain, Tennessee. He received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University in 1974. Upon graduating, he entered the United States Navy and served aboard a destroyer escort. After his honorable discharge from the Navy, Bill attended Vanderbilt Law School, receiving his law degree in 1981. He has practiced law in Nashville since that time. Bill founded what is now Leader, Bulso, Nolan & Burnstein, PLC in 2005.

Since he was first eligible, Bill has received an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, identifying him as a lawyer with preeminent legal ability and the highest professional and ethical standards, as determined by other lawyers. He has been routinely chosen by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America (2003-2010) and as a Mid-South Super Lawyer (2007-2010).
