We are dedicated to helping people suffering from tragic events such as catastrophic personal injuries or the wrongful death of a loved one. We understand that people who have suffered a serious personal injury or an unexpected wrongful death face serious personal, financial and medical challenges.

Our firm's attorneys are experienced trial lawyers and negotiators with extensive experience in the handling of personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. Our attorneys limit the number of cases they take so they can provide each client with attentive and responsive service. We understand that when people are suffering, they need a fast response to their questions and concerns.

Medical Malpractice

Medical malpractice cases are complex and hard fought. Medical providers and professionals are not apt to admit error or liability. To receive just compensation for medical malpractice, an injured party must have a doctor or other medical health professional who is willing to testify at trial that the injured party has been injured as a result of medical negligence.

Our firm has the knowledge and resources to handle even the most complex medical malpractice cases. Our attorneys have helped many clients throughout Tennessee in a wide range of medical malpractice claims. To review some of the results that we have achieved for clients, see our Verdicts and Settlements page.
