Jubin Niamehr is a partner of Lazar, Akiva & Yagoubzadeh. Mr.
Niamehr's practice focuses on commercial litigation, company
representation, business transactions, real estate and finance matters.
Prior to joining Lazar, Akiva & Yagoubzadeh, Mr. Niamehr was an
attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP in New York where he gained
experience in commercial litigation and business transactions.
Prior to law school, Mr. Niamehr was an investment banker where he
advised companies on equity public offerings, convertible securities and
mergers and acquisitions.
Michael Akiva
Michael Akiva is a partner and co-founder of Lazar, Akiva & Yagoubzadeh. Mr. Akiva's practice focuses on civil litigation of all types including, personal injury litigation, premises liability and wrongful death / serious injury matters.
Mr. Akiva is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and sits on the committee of the Lawyer Referral and Information Services of the LA County Bar Association. Mr. Akiva speaks fluent Hebrew and handles many of the firm's Hebrew-speaking clients.
