He is a graduate of UCLA and has been practicing law since 1999.  Mr. Zhou has a wealth of experience in bankruptcy, civil litigation, family law, criminal law and unlawful detainers. Mr. Zhou has trial experience in criminal law, DUI/DWI civil litigation, family law, probate matters, and unlawful detainers. Mr. Zhou was also on the conflict panel of criminal defense attorneys in the County of San Bernardino which is the equivalent of the alternate public defender's office. At this time, in line with the firm's specializations, Mr. Zhou's main focus is on bankruptcy relief for debtors and criminal defense work.
