Because I do not employ paralegals to work with clients, you get my individual attention. A consultation up to one-half hour is free. For most persons that need to file for bankruptcy protection, a petition in Ch. 7 works best. In some instances, Ch. 13 is better. Deciding which to use requires evaluation of home or other real estate ownership, car loans, household income, and other factors.
