RICHARD A JAFFE, ESQ.

Richard graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981 and received his J.D. from the Tulane Law School in 1985.

After working as an Associate for 8 years at a prominent center city Insurance Defense Law Firm in the Workers Compensation Department, he started this firm in 1994 to concentrate on only representing the injured workers and other disabled individuals. Having worked in a firm that represented insurance carriers, he is well versed in how the Defendants and Insurance Carriers handle their cases, and is able to use the knowledge to the advantage of his clients. Richard has over 22 years experience in handling Pennsylvania Workers Compensation and Social Security matters. He is also well versed in handling personal injury matters including arbitrations.

He is an Active Member of the PA Association for JusticeWorkers Compensation Section, as well as a sustaining member of The National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives ( NOSSCR )and has served on the Board of Directors of the national Workers Compensation Organization, Workplace Injury Law&Advocacy Group ( wilg.org ) from 2005-2009.
