This firm was created in 1994 to solely represent injured workers in their Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability and personal injury claims. Before starting this firm, Richard worked for 8 years as an Associate at a prominent center city Insurance Defense firm where he represented both injured workers and Workers Compensation Insurance Companies.
