Catarina M. Benitez graduated from San Joaquin College of Law. She is admitted to practice in California and in every Federal District Court within California. She practices Bankruptcy, Civil Litigation emphasizing in foreclosure actions, landlord and tenant issues, and Juvenile Dependency law.
