Morris Nazarian focuses his practice on Labor & Employment Law and has extensive civil litigation experience in both state courts as well as in administrative forums. 

He is an accomplished and experienced negotiator and litigator who has handled a wide range of employment matters. He is widely recognized as a skilled, aggressive, effective advocate for the rights of injured people and those who have been treated unlawfully in the workplace.

Mr. Nazarian, seeks ways to provide high quality work with as little financial stress as possible on his clients. He listens to his clients, provides sound legal advice, and then vigorously pursues the client’s goals.

Prior to starting his own law firm, Mr. Nazarian practiced criminal defense in Orange County, California. During his tenure as a criminal defense attorney, he successfully defended various individuals, from DUI’s to attempted murder. He frequently provides pro bono assistance to individuals who have matters that affect social justice.

Mr. Nazarian also assists employers in generating appropriate written policies, manuals and other employment-related documents, as well as, developing appropriate personnel training to meet the requirements of California law.
