As part of my practice I also handle suits against the U.S. Government for aviation negligence, referred to as Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) matters.

I am an FAA certificated Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, all of which enable me to bring significant aeronautical experience in handling claims and suit. While in college I worked part-time for an airline and with operations for a major airport - both of which provide experience which I utilize in suits against airlines or airports for negligent conduct of their employees.
