loved ones who were a danger to themselves or others;
• represented clients in seeking probate and administering complex
estates involving banking, real estate, oil and gas and business
transaction matters; and
• prepared paperwork for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization from
Articles of Incorporation and By-laws to completing form 1023,
Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code.
