David Miller, Member of Law Offices of Joe Bornstein

David R. Miller is a native of Orono and a graduate from the University of Maine and
the University of Maine School of Law. David served as the City of Bangor's Development
Coordinator before entering private practice in his home town, where he developed an
expertise in the area of Social Security disability law. He went on to join the Law Offices
of Joe Bornstein, where he specializes in Social Security disability practice. David is a
member of NOSSCR (the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives), MOSSCR (the Maine Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives), MTLA 
(the Maine Trial Lawyers Association), the Maine State Bar Association, and the Penobscot
County Bar Association. He is a member of the Orono-Old Town Kiwanis club, has served 
on boards and committees for several local community service organizations, is an avid
mountain biker, and has spent time in the Boothbay/Southport Island area working at a
historic inn and as a lobster boat stern man.
