John J. Bascietto, Esq. received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, Baltimore MD.  He practices Civil law and Litigation, concentrating his practice in Estate law, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure defense, debt negotiation, Family and domestic law, and Wills and Trusts.

Mr. Bascietto is a Vietnam Era Veteran (United States Army) and spent 32 years working in the Federal government for agencies including the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and the U.S. Department of Energy.  Accordingly, Mr. Bascietto has extensive experience working with government agencies to obtain superior results for his clients.
