The Law Offices of Elliot Heidelberger are located in Hanover Park and Chicago, Illinois. We concentrate our practice in Family Law including  divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support (alimony), visitation with children, removal of children to another state, parentage/paternity, division of property, Grandparent's Rights and related matters.

Mr. Heidelberger has frequently been appointed as a Children's Representative, by judges in the Cirucit court of Cook County, to advocate for the best interests of the children assigned to him.

Mr. Heidelberger practices with his associate Kurt Hurtgen. Both attorneys bring enthusiasm, knowledge, and experience to their family law practice.  Our  paralegal assistants, Francine and Jennifer, bring a wide range of knowledge and experience to their work.  They maintain the day to day working contact with our clients.
