Donald A. Green, Esq. is a warrior for justice, representing plaintiffs and those injured by others.

Mr. Green is licensed to practice law before all courts of California and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Mr. Green was previously associated with the law firm of Lucas, Mullany, Boyer and Haverkamp in La Jolla, California.

Mr. Green obtained his Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, and his Master's degree from Cornell's prestigious Sloan program in Health Services Administration.  He earned his law degree from Whittier Law School.

He spent nearly a decade in mid- and senior management in the health care industry, much of which was while he was attending law school.  He is qualified as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and as a Professional of the Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM).  This background is a significant value-added benefit for his practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, the science of DUI and DWI defense, and the forensic science in other criminal defense areas.

He is a member of the American, California, and San Diego Bar Associations, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and Consumer Attorneys of California.
