With nearly 10 years of experience handling multiple bench and jury trials, Robert L. Wegman works almost exclusively in the Tidewater court system. In addition, he has been a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, where he handled the prosecution of felonies involving various types of fraud as well as child pornography in federal court.  He has also served as a Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Coast Guard and Navy where he handled hundreds of Courts-Martial and Administrative Discharge Boards.
