Robert H. Fulton, II, Member of Fulton & Philip, PLLC

Rob focuses his active trial practice on employment discrimination, wrongful termination, personal injury and commercial litigation.  He received his J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law and his B.A. from Montana State University. Recently, he was selected  as a "Rising Star" by Washington Law & Politics (2009).

• Faust, et al. v. Moose International Inc., et al., Achieved directed verdict for large international organization in negligent supervision action.
• Creech v. Ford Motor Company, et al., Member of Lead Trial Team that obtained defense verdict for Ford Motor Company in asbestos personal injury claim.
• Nisco, et al. v. Denny's Corporation Inc., Member of legal team that achieved a defense verdict for large national restaurant chain in age & race discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage & hour matter involving 16 plaintiffs.
