Ophelia Bernal-Mora earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Nova Southeastern University. After finishing law school in 2004 Ms. Bernal-Mora became a member of the State Bar of Florida. In 2010, Ms. Bernal-Mora was admitted to the United States Middle District Court of Florida. Ms. Bernal-Mora focuses her practice on Criminal and Family Law. To that end, Ms. Bernal-Mora has evidentiary trial experience in both Criminal and Family Law cases and has effectively represented well over a thousand clients in her career thus far. In addition to her outstanding legal accomplishments, Ms. Bernal-Mora is also a highly active participant in the community organizations throughout Orange County, Florida.

Ms. Bernal-Mora worked as a prosecutor for the 5th Judicial Circuit, State Attorney's Office from 2004-2006, where she handled numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. In 2006, she went to work at the Law Offices of Stephen K. Miller, P.A., as an associate focusing on Family and Criminal Law.

In March 2011, The Law Office of Ophelia Bernal-Mora, P.A. opened with the intent of providing legal representation to clients with the intention of serving clients first and not serving the Firm first. Ms. Bernal-Mora believes that clients deserve the utmost respect with regard to their cases, as they are often facing one of the most tumultuous times in their lives, and as a result, Ms. Bernal-Mora advises all of her clients legally and honestly.
