Melissa Sargeant, Member of Law Office of Melissa Sargeant

Ms. Sargeant has been an Attorney for over 15 years. Her areas of practice are Bankruptcy and Immigration.  She was awarded Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA and holds undergraduate degrees in Economics and Philosophy from St. Lawrence University, NY.  She is a member of the National Assoication of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). As an active member of the American Immmigration Lawyers Assoc., she served as an officer for the Santa Clara Silicon Valley chapter.


Ms. Sargeant is a member in good standing of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
