1) Current Solo (owner or self-employed) Trial &  Litigation Practice (12/85 to present)

Emphasis on representing: (a) individuals in claims for accident caused injuries and other claims for assault, false arrest, infliction of emotional distress, sexual misconduct, discrimination, malpractice, and dangerous products;  (b) small business in basic formation and representation in legal disputes arising out of the business operations and transactions; and (c) defense of individuals charged with felony and misdemeanor crimes.

2) Associate with Civil Law Firm of O'Donnell, Sullivan, Ramis & Crew (1/83 to 7/85)

General Practice with emphasis on civil litigation, municipal law, and domestic relations.

3) Public Defender/ Legal Aid (9/81 to 12/82).  Emphasis on criminal defense, extensive trials, and legal aid to Native Americans.
