It has always been a matter of priorities for attorney Justin Gilbert, who believes in helping his clients make solid plans for not only their own futures, but for the sake of the legacies they leave as well.
Serving the Sacramento, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Rocklin and Roseville areas, Justin has successfully represented clients in all matters relating to estate planning, probate, business formation and planning, real estate and elder law, offering services tailor-made for the individual needs of each client. He enjoys working with families, helping them retain control of their property and preserve their children's future through wills and trusts tailored to their values and goals.
Says Justin, "true that we don't inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children. The peace of mind proper financial and estate planning offers is indeed priceless, sometimes laying foundations for generations to come."
Having had a wide exposure in number of legal disciplines such as litigation and employment law in addition to his extensive knowledge of estate and elder law, Gilbert prides himself in listening and responding to the needs of his clients. His exceptional legal skills are demonstrated as he provides practical solutions for sometimes complex and far-reaching personal and financial issues.
Justin received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as a staff member and technical editor for the prestigious Santa Clara Journal of International Law. He gained valuable experience as a Fellow at the Santa Clara Broadband Clinic and prior to opening his own practice, Gilbert worked at the law firms of Packard, Packard & Johnson and Porter | Scott.
A proud member of the State Bar of California, Gilbert volunteers at the Voluntary Legal Services Program (VLSP), providing no cost legal services to low income individuals while maintaining his status as a member of VLSP's Advisory Committee.
