I am John Stanko and my traffic ticket defense law office is conveniently based in Marin County with easy access to serve clients in San Francisco, Oakland, Santa Rosa, and Vallejo as well as the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

I am proud to have been practicing criminal defense exclusively since 1996 representing people accused of traffic violations, driving under the influence and all crimes. I am aggressive and experienced, having defended cases in courthouses throughout Northern California.
