Description: Radar Speeding stop on the Golden Gate Bridge Traffic stop lead to the arrest of my under 21 year old client for driving under the influence.

Outcome: I objected to the admission of any testimony on behalf of the arresting officer concerning the use of radar on the grounds that it amounted to an illegal speed trap. The court agreed and dismissed the case.
