James Nichols, Member of Northern Utah Law Center
Mr. Nichols is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on domestic and commercial litigation. He has appeared in divorce and business suits as far north as Ankorage, Alaska and as far south as Dallas, Texas. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Nichols advises and represents a number of local companies in their business,contracts, and corporate governance. His business clients include government contractors, health care, IT, real estate and manufacturers. Mr. Nichols also works in the niche of federal government contracting. He has the highly specialized knowledge and experience required to assist companies in their quest to secure lucrative federal contracts. Outside of work, Mr. Nichols spends his time in the Mountains, hiking, hunting, and riding motorcycles with his friends and family. He also spends immense amounts of time wrangling his four young children with his amazing wife, Kate.
