Since starting out as a lawyer in 1986 my goal has been to help everyday people with everyday problems. My practice has centered primarily around family law, injury law and criminal law and I have handled literally hundreds of cases in each of these respective areas. I have practiced in Municipal Court, Common Pleas Court, the Court of Appeals, Federal Court and the Ohio Supreme Court. The office is based in Cuyahoga County but cases are also accepted in Lake, Lorain, Geauga, Medina and Summit counties.
You will receive my personal attention in every case. It can be scary when legal problems arise. I will do my best to ease that fear. Law is common sense. You will tell me your goals in your case and I will do my utmost to achieve the best result you can expect. I cannot promise your result but I can promise you will know what is going on with your case and that you will understand the factors that control your case.
I will be honored to help you with your problem. I am very comfortable with divorce, custody, juvenile law, personal injury, dui law, criminal law, or other types of general legal concerns the public can sometimes encounter. I promise you that I will be sensitive to your needs. My fees are reasonable and I do accept payment plans, when needed.
