Before practicing bankruptcy, David practiced constitutional litigation, dispute resolution and international law. His experience includes work at the United Nations, American Friends Service Committee, the Essex County Courts (NJ) and the Legal Action Center in NY. David is a member of the State Bars of New York and New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Federal Districts of New York, as well as the Federal Districts of New Jersey and the District of Columbia. David is passionate about music, mountain sports, travel and philosophy.
