David S. Waltzer holds a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, an M.P.A from Baruch College, NY, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Purchase College, NY. Before practicing bankruptcy, David practiced constitutional litigation, dispute resolution and international law. His experience includes work at the United Nations, American Friends Service Committee, the Essex County Courts (NJ) and the Legal Action Center in NY.
