Biography David F. Stoddard started the David F. Stoddard Law Firm in 2006, having previously practiced elsewhere for twenty (20) years. The firm emphasizes cases involving trials in all courts and our goal is to zealously represent our clients in trials. David F. Stoddard has experience in civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and criminal defense. Stoddard is a former prosecutor for the Tenth Judicial Circuit. Mr. Stoddard prosecuted serious felonies, including murder cases, rape cases, and drug cases, and whit collar crime.
In 1994, Stoddard left the Solicitor's Office and went into practice with the firm Waldrep & Stoddard. In the early years, the firm was often involved in insurance defense, representing defendants in personal injury cases. Gradually, the firm became more Plaintiff oriented. Stoddard left the firm and started his own practice in 2006.
