Firm Overview

Attorney Sangster began practicing law in 2003 and immediately came to the aid of workers who are injured in the course of their employment. Our office has been representing injured workers before the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board since opening in September, 2007. Helping injured workers to obtain the benefits that the law entitles them to has been the focus of our practice since its inception.

We've also been representing claimants before the Social Security Administration since 2005. Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits are not always easy to obtain for claimants who appear before the Administration unrepresented. Having the right representative can make all the difference.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Worker's Compensation Fees: 20% of any settlement received from the Worker's Compensation Insurance Carrier + expenses (i.e. photocopies, postage, purchase of medical records, travel/mileage, etc). These fees are regulated by the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board.

Social Security Disability Fees: 25% of any back benefits that are awarded to you by the Social Security Administration + expenses (i.e. photocopies, postage, purchase of medical records, travel/mileage, etc.). These fees are regulated by the Social Security Administration.
